From the point of view production, it is fundamental importance to know cutting parameters at which new surface component was created because only in this way possible understand nature and properties surface. Based on information obtained, then improve processes used or create machined surfaces with, if not zero, least a minimum number flaws. The main purpose article comprehensive overview behavior selected material with focus prediction roughness depending speed depth cut, Vickers microhardness evaluation, assessment tool wear, shape structure resulting chip. achieved results are recorded graphical verbal form, from necessary conclusions drawn. performed analyses, mathematical determining quality created, reflects changes three modifications (700 m/min, 1400 2000 m/min). Conclusions were also drawn regarding characteristics chip wear edges change speed. fluctuating course when changing can be considered significant finding—at expected have decreasing tendency; however, increased; tendency until speeds 1800 but during process, already crept.
